Georgia, USA - FAE USA Inc., an agricultural equipment manufacturer, has expanded its product portfolio for the forestry and vegetation management market with the launch of the new RCM/SSL rotary cutter. Designed for skid steers ranging from 75 to 150 hp, this new attachment focuses on high-speed vegetation clearing.

Engineered for fast and efficient removal of underbrush and vegetation up to 4 inches in diameter - and capable of occasionally tackling material up to 10 inches - the RCM/SSL is ideal for jobs where productivity and speed are prioritized over the fine quality of mulch or precise control of discharged debris.

A standout feature of the RCM/SSL is its direct drive motor, which minimizes maintenance requirements and contributes to a compact machine body for greater maneuverability in tight spaces. Complementing this design, a flow regulator valve on the hydraulic block ensures a streamlined and clean profile, making the attachment even more versatile on the job site.

FAE will initially offer the RCM/SSL in the 175 cm-wide RCM/SSL-175 model. Plans are already in place to introduce a wider RCM/SSL-200 version in the future. Both models will feature durable “N” blades, built to withstand the tough demands of forestry and vegetation management tasks.

The new RCM/SSL rotary cutter line will be available to customers in North America and Australia, adding a robust, high-speed option to FAE’s growing lineup of specialized attachments.
