TULARE, California – Fendt., a brand of AGCO Corporation and an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has introduced its e100 Vario series of all-electric compact tractors in the U.S. at the World Ag Expo, advancing the shift toward sustainable farming equipment. Designed for both performance and environmental efficiency, the tractors deliver zero-emission operation with power output reaching up to 90 hp.
The lineup includes two models—the e107S Standard for general farming and the e107V Narrow, tailored for orchards, vineyards, and greenhouse applications requiring tight maneuverability and clean operation.
Powered by a 100-kWh lithium-ion battery, the tractors support 22 kW AC charging and up to 80 kW DC fast charging, enabling a full recharge in less than five hours. A high-efficiency electric motor paired with Fendt’s Vario CVT transmission provides smooth power delivery, offering 68 hp in Eco mode, 75 hp in Dynamic mode, and short bursts of up to 90 hp in Dynamic+ mode.
The electric design reduces maintenance needs with fewer moving parts and longer service intervals, helping lower ownership costs. Zero emissions also make the tractors suitable for enclosed and environmentally sensitive environments such as livestock facilities and organic farms.
Compatible with traditional and electrified implements, the e100 Vario features a load-sensing hydraulic system with power-beyond connections to ensure strong performance across diverse tasks. The debut highlights the growing electrification of agriculture as farmers seek solutions that meet emissions standards while maintaining productivity.
