Pune- Force Motors Limited., a van manufacturer and a leading automotive company, has launched the new Force Traveller N Range, covering key applications such as ambulances, delivery vans and school buses.
The launch marks a major upgrade to the company’s Traveller portfolio, bringing improvements in comfort, convenience, reliability, performance and total cost of ownership. With the introduction of the new range, Force Motors will fully transition to the Traveller N Range, replacing the current-generation Traveller in future production.
With a legacy of more than four decades, the Force Traveller has played a defining role in India’s shared mobility and utility vehicle segment. The model continues to hold a leadership position with over 70% segment share and has become a preferred platform for ambulances, school transportation and goods movement.
Mr. Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors Limited, said that the Traveller has been a trusted product in India’s shared mobility space for many years. He noted that the new Traveller N Range has been developed with inputs from owners, drivers and passengers, focusing on improved comfort, usability, reliability, lower downtime and better fleet utilisation.
He also highlighted that learnings from the Urbania platform have helped Force Motors improve its manufacturing processes and quality systems, resulting in better consistency, stronger build quality and a more refined product experience.
The new Force Traveller N Range introduces several cabin upgrades designed to deliver a more modern and car-like experience. These include an all-new cockpit layout, digital instrument cluster, 9-inch infotainment screen, ergonomically designed seats, improved NVH levels and a new HVAC system for better cabin cooling.
On the exterior, the vehicle receives a refreshed front fascia with DRLs and LED turn indicators, along with a redesigned rear section for a more contemporary appearance. The upgrades are aimed at improving both visual appeal and functional efficiency.
Force Motors has also made key engineering improvements to enhance structural strength, fit and finish, and drivability. The vehicle features a re-engineered sheet metal structure with fewer body joints, supported by advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics and automated door hemming. These upgrades are expected to improve durability, build quality and production consistency.
Powering the Traveller N Range is the proven and fuel-efficient FM 2.6 CR engine, compliant with BS-VI Stage 2 emission norms. The range is available across ambulance, school bus and delivery van applications.
The new Traveller N Range is also supported by Force Care, which includes extended warranty, parts warranty, accidental repair support and roadside assistance. In addition, the vehicle comes with iPulse, enabling real-time vehicle tracking and diagnostics for improved fleet monitoring and operational efficiency.
