Pune - Gabriel India Ltd., a flagship Company of the ANAND Group and a ride control products provider, has signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with Netherlands-based TracTive Suspension BV., a suspension systems manufacturer, to enhance its automotive suspension offerings.

The agreement grants Gabriel India exclusive rights to manufacture, sell, and distribute TracTive’s suspension adjustment technologies in India. This strategic collaboration aims to elevate Gabriel India’s suspension product offerings by integrating advanced engineering and enabling localized manufacturing.

Under the agreement, TracTive will provide Gabriel India with specialized technical expertise, facilitate knowledge transfer, and conduct comprehensive training programs to strengthen its suspension technology capabilities.

In exchange, Gabriel India will compensate TracTive through a well-defined payment structure, comprising lump sum fees and ongoing royalty payments, granting access to TracTive’s proprietary technology and expertise.

The companies have confirmed that the agreement is not a related-party transaction, with no involvement or vested interest from promoters or affiliated group companies.

Gabriel India is a leading manufacturer of automotive components, specializing in ride control products such as shock absorbers, struts, and front forks. Serving a diverse range of vehicles, including automobiles, commercial vehicles, and two-wheelers, Gabriel India is part of the Anand Group and operates multiple manufacturing facilities across the country. The company supplies major automakers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Hero MotoCorp.
