Glida collaboration with Kempower, installed 200KW chargers at DLF Cyberpark Gurugram, boosting EV adoption with faster, sustainable charging solutions.
Date: July 2, 2024Haryana-GLIDA has installed 200KW high-power public chargers at DLF Cyberpark Gurugram. Formerly known as Fortum Charge & Drive India, GLIDA partnered with Kempower, a Finnish manufacturer of DC fast chargers, to reach this milestone. This installation strengthens GLIDA's collaboration with DLF, now managing 20 charging points in DLF's Cyber City alone.
Mr.Awadhesh K Jha, Executive Director of GLIDA, said, 'The installation of the new 200KW Kempower charger is just the beginning of redefining how India moves, and we will continue to commission more superfast charging sites in the future. This latest charging technology will enhance the seamless experience for EV users, encouraging wider adoption of electric vehicles.'
Kempower chargers provide a dynamic and efficient charging experience, enabling faster EV charging and top-ups for a hassle-free driving experience. These superfast chargers will accelerate the adoption of electric commercial mobility solutions like buses and trucks by significantly reducing charge times.
