Las Vegas, USA – GOMACO Corporation., a construction equipment manufacturer, will debut two new machines at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026: the Polymer Paver and the GP348 four-track placer/spreader slipform paver. Both units will be part of a 13-machine display representing the company’s concrete paving and support equipment lineup.

The new Polymer Paver is designed for paving overlays on bridge decks and flat slabs in widths from 6 to 30 feet (1.8 to 9.1 m). Its all-welded steel frame sections with bolted connections allow quick width adjustments, and welded polymer paving pan sections match the frame configurations. Sectional rotary eccentric vibrators provide coordinated vibration that starts and stops with machine movement. A dual-drive 9-inch (229 mm) variable-speed auger spreads material ahead of the paving pan.

The machine is powered by a 74 hp (52 kW) diesel engine that does not require diesel exhaust fluid. Four tracks support stable operation and easy loading, with an optional four-bogie configuration available for paving against barrier walls. The Polymer Paver features GOMACO’s G+ control system with a 10-inch full-colour display, offering multilingual capability and metric or imperial settings. The magnetically mounted tethered display can be positioned for improved operator visibility.

GOMACO is also introducing the GP348, its first four-track placer/spreader slipform paver. As a placer/spreader with a 48-inch (1,219 mm) belt, it can place concrete at widths up to 36 feet (11 m). In slipform paving mode, it paves widths up to 30 feet (9.1 m). Built on the framework of the GP3 slipform paver, the machine allows the prime mover to convert between placing and paving functions.

The GP348 includes vibrator circuits for paving and auger drive circuits for placing. The G+ digital control system manages transitions between applications and integrates Machine-to-Machine communication, sonic sensors, and 3D machine guidance. Operators can automate transitions from transport to paving mode, reducing setup time.

Powered by a Caterpillar C7.1 turbocharged diesel engine, the GP348 features a high-volume 48-inch conveyor belt that can be mounted on either side and delivers discharge speeds up to 491.5 feet per minute (150 mpm). A controllable material deflector improves placement accuracy, and a dual-drive auger system distributes material evenly. An optional sonic sensor system monitors concrete depth, with data processed through the G+ control system to maintain a consistent head of concrete in front of the paver.
