Mumbai- Greaves Cotton Limited., has appointed Mr. Ramachandra Puttanna as Business Head for EV Solutions & New Businesses within its Retail division. In this role, Puttanna will lead strategic growth initiatives for Greaves Retail’s electric vehicle (EV) components and emerging verticals. Reporting to Mr. Narasimha Jayakumar, CEO of Greaves Retail, he will play a key role in advancing Greaves’ sustainable mobility strategy across India.
Mr. Ramachandra Puttanna has joined as Business Head for EV Solutions & New Businesses. With over 35 years of experience at companies such as Fenner India, BOSCH India, Oman Trading, Magneti Marelli, and ZF Group, he most recently served as Vice President for ZF Group’s Aftermarket business across India and SAARC regions. Ramachandra holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Mysore University, a PGDBM in Marketing from Bangalore University, and an Advanced Business Management certification from IIM Bangalore, along with basic NLP practitioner training.
