Bengaluru- Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML)., the e-mobility division of Greaves Cotton Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Singh as its new Managing Director, effective June 2, 2025. In his new role, Mr. Singh will lead GEML’s next phase of growth, with the existing leadership team reporting directly to him.
Mr. Singh brings with him a wealth of experience, having led transformational growth across some of India’s most dynamic, consumer-focused industries. His expertise in navigating regulated business environments adds to his ability to drive agile and resilient business transformations.
An alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, Mr. Singh has held senior leadership roles across prominent Indian and multinational organizations.
His appointment reflects GEML’s continued commitment to its mission of democratizing smart and sustainable mobility solutions for every Indian. This strategic move marks a key milestone as GEML further strengthens its leadership position in India’s fast-evolving EV sector.
