      GreenLine Mobility & Dabur India Partner for Green Logistics

      Mumbai- GreenLine Mobility Solutions Ltd., an Essar venture a green logistics operator for LNG- and electric-powered heavy commercial vehicles, has partnered with Dabur India Ltd. to support the FMCG major's efforts to reduce carbon emissions across its supply chain.

      As part of the collaboration, GreenLine will deploy its LNG-powered truck fleet for Dabur India's long-haul logistics operations. The initiative is aimed at lowering freight-related emissions while ensuring reliable and efficient transportation, reinforcing Dabur's commitment to building a more sustainable supply chain.

      The partnership highlights the increasing focus among Indian businesses on adopting cleaner transportation solutions as part of their broader sustainability and decarbonisation goals. By integrating lower-emission logistics into core operations, companies are taking meaningful steps towards reducing the environmental impact of road freight.

      Mr. Charles Devlin D'Costa, Vice President – Sales, GreenLine Mobility Solutions Ltd., said the collaboration reflects the growing commitment of leading Indian companies to sustainable logistics. He noted that every partnership focused on cleaner freight mobility accelerates the transformation of India's road transport ecosystem, adding that GreenLine remains dedicated to helping businesses transition to lower-emission transportation solutions.

      Mr. Samrat Sehgal, Global Head of Supply Chain at Dabur India, said reducing the environmental impact of the company's supply chain is a key element of its sustainability strategy. He added that GreenLine's LNG-powered fleet will enable Dabur to incorporate cleaner transportation into its logistics network without compromising on operational efficiency and reliability, while contributing to the development of a more sustainable and future-ready supply chain.
