Hero MotoCorp has launched the all-new Destini 125, featured a fresh design while retained familiar silhouette.
Date: January 14, 2025New Delhi - Hero MotoCorp Ltd., a two-wheeler manufacturer, has officially launched the All-New Destini 125. The 125cc family scooter features a refreshed design while retaining a familiar silhouette from the previous model. The updated Destini 125 was unveiled back in September 2024.
The all-new Hero Destini 125 is offered in three variants: VX, ZX, and ZX+. The VX variant comes in three colors: Eternal White, Regal Black, and Groovy Red. The ZX variant is available in Cosmic Blue and Mystique Magenta, while the ZX+ features Eternal White and Regal Black with stylish copper chrome accents.
The new Hero Destini 125 retains the 124.6cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine from its predecessor, delivering 9PS at 7,000rpm and 10.4Nm at 5,500rpm. It now features a new CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) and boasts a claimed mileage of 59kmpl.
The Destini 125 VX variant features a semi-digital instrument console but lacks smartphone connectivity. In contrast, the ZX and ZX+ variants come with a full LCD instrument cluster, offering Bluetooth-enabled smartphone connectivity for call and SMS alerts. The ZX+ variant further adds turn-by-turn navigation. Additional features include an all-LED lighting setup with auto-cancelling indicators, a spacious seat, a padded pillion backrest, a boot light, and a convenient cubby hole on the front apron.
The new Hero Destini 125 features a redesigned frame with a longer wheelbase for improved stability. It is equipped with a telescopic fork and an offset monoshock for enhanced comfort. The braking system includes 130mm drum brakes on both ends with a Combined Braking System (CBS) as standard, while the ZX and ZX+ variants come with a 190mm front disc brake. The scooter is fitted with 12-inch alloy wheels, shod with 90-section front and 100-section rear tubeless tyres for better grip.
