Kawasaki, Japan / London, UK- Hero MotoCorp., a manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has officially entered the United Kingdom, expanding its international footprint to 51 countries and marking a pivotal step in its global growth strategy.

To establish a strong on-ground presence, Hero MotoCorp has teamed up with MotoGB Ltd., the Lancashire-based distributor with nationwide reach. The brand will debut with an initial network of 25+ sales and service outlets, scaling to 35+ locations by 2026. The rollout focuses on comprehensive aftersales support and rider touchpoints from day one, aligning with UK customer expectations for accessibility and reliability.

Hero’s UK-bound motorcycles will meet Euro 5+ standards, underscoring the company’s commitment to performance, efficiency, and lower emissions. The range targets core UK motorcycling segments with a mix of urban practicality and long-ride capability.

Spotlighting the 440cc roadster, Hero’s UK launch centers on a tractable, everyday-friendly package built around a 440cc long-stroke, oil-cooled single delivering 27 BHP at 6,000 rpm and 36 Nm at 4,000 rpm with TORQX tuning, paired to a 6-speed manual for flexible city-to-highway gearing. Confidence comes from 43 mm KYB USD forks and dual-channel ABS, while a timeless round LED headlamp and upright roadster stance give it classic-meets-modern presence. A TFT speedometer with smartphone integration and an all-LED lighting suite round out the tech, blending relaxed low-rpm pull with contemporary electronics for riders who want daily usability without sacrificing weekend fun.
