Copenhagen, Denmark – HG Machines ApS., a construction machinery company, has unveiled its latest innovation in electric construction equipment, the HG E3000, a fully electric 3-ton dumper designed to deliver an entire workday of performance on a single charge.

Equipped with a 29 kWh lithium battery, the E3000 provides up to 12 hours of runtime, double the range of HG’s previous models. The built-in charger enables a full recharge in about four hours, whether on-site or at a standard charging station.

Designed for versatility, the dumper comes with a 180-degree swivel tip as standard and an optional high-tip version for faster unloading into trucks and containers. An automatic battery heating system ensures year-round reliability, while advanced power management software improves efficiency on the job.

Mr. Nikolaj Birkerod, CEO of HG, said, “With the HG E3000, we once again prove that electric dumpers are not only better for people and the environment - they are also more efficient, cheaper to operate, and can run more than a full working day on a single charge. Electrification only makes sense when range is no longer a concern. With 3-ton dumpers, we are proving, as we already have with 2-ton dumpers, that we can deliver on both performance and reliability - while enabling customers to save 15 percent per operating hour compared to a diesel dumper.”
