Hiab Secures Major US Orders for MOFFETT

Hiab secures significant orders for MOFFETT truck-mounted forklifts and HIAB loader cranes in the USA

Sweden, Europe - Hydrauliska Industri AB (Hiab)., a part of Cargotec and a cranes manufacturer, has received substantial orders for MOFFETT truck-mounted forklifts and HIAB loader cranes in the USA. Two major customers from the home improvement sector placed MOFFETT orders worth a total of EUR 19.5 million. Additionally, a roofing and building materials distributor placed an order for both MOFFETTs and HIABs valued at EUR 5.9 million. Hiab has long-standing partnerships with all three customers, playing a key role in their US operations as a trusted equipment and service provider.

The ordered truck-mounted forklifts belong to the MOFFETT M8 NX Range, boasting a lifting capacity of up to 3,500 kg. Designed for efficiency and safety, the M8 NX effortlessly navigates challenging terrain while handling heavy loads. Its compact design allows it to fit on most trucks or trailers. Additionally, the M8 NX offers versatile options and attachments, including 4-way steering, enabling precise maneuverability in tight spaces, even with lengthy loads.

The ordered HIAB loader cranes comprise four heavy-range models (30-100Tm), primarily consisting of HIAB K-HiPro 425 units. Equipped with the advanced HiPro remote-control system, these cranes offer unparalleled precision, performance, safety, and control, ideal for tackling complex tasks in construction and other industries.
