London – Honda has officially launched its all-new CUV e electric scooter in the European market. Targeted at city riders seeking an eco-friendly and connected ride, the 2025 CUV e marks Honda’s next major move in the two-wheeler EV space.
The CUV e (Clean Urban Vehicle) revives a legacy nameplate from the '90s, now reimagined as a sleek, smart, and sustainable scooter built for modern urban mobility.
Compact, Capable, and Connected
The CUV e is powered by two swappable 1.3 kWh Honda Mobile Power Pack e: batteries, paired with a 6 kW side-mounted motor delivering around 8 hp and 22 Nm of torque. The scooter offers a real-world range of 70–72 km and a top speed exceeding 80 km/h, making it ideal for daily commutes.
Charging is user-friendly, with each battery taking approximately 3 hours for 75% and 6 hours for a full charge using a standard AC socket.
Urban-First Design
Built for maneuverability, the CUV e features a steel underbone frame, 12-inch wheels, telescopic forks, and rear monoshock suspension. With a low 760 mm seat height and 120 kg weight, it’s accessible for new riders and practical in tight city spaces.
Convenience features include:
- Reverse assist mode
- Smart Key ignition
- Under-seat storage
- USB-C port
- Rear luggage mount
Two Variants with Tech Edge
Honda offers the CUV e in two trims:
- Standard: 5-inch TFT display
- Connected: 7-inch TFT with Honda RoadSync Duo connectivity
The connected version enables navigation, calls, music control, anti-theft alerts, and OTA updates, enhancing rider experience with seamless smartphone integration.
