Honda Launches QC3 Electric Scooter With 145km Range in India

Honda has launched the QC3 electric scooter in India with a 3.0kWh battery and a claimed 145km IDC range. It also features 32-litre storage, a 5-inch TFT display, Honda RoadSync connectivity and navigation.

New Delhi, India- Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Private Limited (HMSI)., has launched the new Honda QC3 electric scooter in India. The scooter is initially available through select Honda RedWing dealerships in Delhi, Agra, Cuttack, Surat and Kollam, with bookings now open.

The QC3 is powered by a 3.0kWh battery and offers a claimed 145km IDC range. Honda says the battery can be charged from zero to 80 percent in around two hours and 40 minutes, while a full charge takes approximately four hours.

Compared with the Honda QC1, the QC3 offers a larger battery and higher claimed range. The QC1 uses a 1.5kWh fixed battery, with charging taking around four hours and 30 minutes to reach 80 percent and approximately six hours and 50 minutes for a full charge.

The QC3 also provides 32 litres of under-seat storage and features a five-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync connectivity. Turn-by-turn navigation and a Smart Key are also available as standard features.

Honda will offer the QC3 in four colour options: Matt Photon Gray Metallic, Pearl Precious White, Pearl Shallow Blue and Pearl Siren Blue. The model expands Honda’s electric two-wheeler portfolio in India and is initially being introduced across selected cities.
