Stockholm, Sweden – Husqvarna Motorcycles GmbH., a   motorcycle manufacturer, introduces the all-new and exciting Vitpilen 801 from Husqvarna Mobility. Featuring a balanced chassis, Bi-LED projector headlight, and roadster design, its compact parallel-twin engine delivers powerful torque. Available in two colors, the Vitpilen 801 offers a thrilling ride on both city streets and open roads.

The new Vitpilen 801 features a 799 cc DOHC parallel-twin engine, weighing 52 kg without oil, and producing 105 hp at 9,250 rpm and 87 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. Its advanced design, with active crankcase evacuation and a semi-dry sump lubrication system, supports 15,000 km service intervals.

The Vitpilen 801 comes with advanced electronic rider aids, including four ride modes—Street, Sport, Rain, and a customizable Dynamic mode—to adjust engine performance. Easy Shift, cornering ABS, and cornering MTC provide a smooth, controlled ride in all conditions.

Utilizing the engine as a stressed member of the chromium-molybdenum steel frame keeps the overall weight to a minimum, resulting in an agile yet stable ride. The easily adjustable WP APEX suspension enhances the connection between the Vitpilen 801 and the asphalt, offering 140 mm of fork travel and 150 mm of shock travel. Additionally, the 17” cast alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Road 6 tires for superior grip.

The premium build of the new Vitpilen 801 includes a comprehensive range of components and technical hardware. It features a J.Juan brake system combined with Bosch ABS for effective stopping power and confidence-inspiring braking performance. The Power Assist Slipper Clutch (PASC) further enhances stability during heavy braking while maximizing traction during hard acceleration.

A 5” TFT dashboard, featuring optically bonded mineral glass to reduce glare, is conveniently placed in front of the handlebars. Riders can download the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app and connect it to the bike's Connectivity Unit for Turn-by-Turn navigation and to manage phone calls and music selection.
