Mumbai-Hyundai Motor India Limited, an automotive manufacturing company has lunched Alcazar in India at starting price of Rs14.99 lakh. The new Alcazar redesigned exterior and new interior features from the Creta.
The Hyundai Alcazar will be available with two engine option. The first is a 1.5L Turbo GDi petrol engine, delivering 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). The second option is a 1.5L U2 CRDi diesel engine, producing 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. This diesel engine comes with a choice of a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The Alcazar SUV’s as well with the introduction of new colour theme for the cabin. It features a 10.25-inch digital touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Additional upgrades include dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless charging, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated second-row seats.
The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar comes equipped with over 70 safety features, including Level 2 ADAS technology. This advanced system includes 19 features such as Smart Cruise Control, Surround View Monitor, Blind Spot View Monitor, Forward Collision Warning and Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Driver Attention Warning. Additionally, the Alcazar offers 40 standard safety features, including six airbags, Hill-Start Assist Control, Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, all-disc brakes, a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, a Digital Key, Hill Descent Control, front parking sensors, and rain-sensing wipers.
