Munich, Germany - Hyva Holding B.V., a transport solutions provider, is thrilled to join Bauma 2025 as part of JOST World, showcasing advanced transport solutions from April 7-13 at stand FN921/2 in Munich. Visitors can explore Hyva’s latest innovations focused on safety, efficiency, and sustainability across its business units.
Digital Tipping Solutions (DTS Guide), an advanced safety and efficiency system for tipper trucks. The solution features an onboard unit for front-end tipper drivers and a cloud platform for fleet managers. DTS Guide delivers real-time insights to enhance safety, boost productivity, reduce accident risks, and help fleets operate more profitably.
Side-mounted ePowerbox100, the latest addition to its electric PTO (ePTO) range. Designed for electric vehicles with hydraulic equipment, this innovative solution enhances energy conversion efficiency, reduces operational noise, and ensures optimal hydraulic performance.
Proven mining cylinder range, featuring the new Alpha UHD-PRO front-end and USE underbody cylinders, built for heavy-duty mining applications with capacities up to 160 tons. A key highlight will be the world debut of Hyva’s hydraulic suspension cylinder, designed for chassis suspension on wide-body mining tippers. Also on display: the DA-T Horizontal range with double-acting telescopic cylinders for horizontal use. Known for their strength, durability, and reliability, Hyva cylinders perform in the toughest conditions.
Titan T24-60-S PRO Hookloader, a new 24T model in the Titan range. This version is up to 350 kg lighter and features a reduced installation height of just 250 mm, increasing transport volume, improving fuel efficiency, and enhancing vehicle stability and handling. A steeper tipping angle allows easier unloading of sticky materials. The Titan PRO also offers an optional fully electric, radio remote control with proportional and sequence functions, in addition to the standard pneumatic control.
TS18-41-TAZ Skiploader from its Titan range, a lighter, faster, and built for improved safety and operator comfort. Engineered for strength and durability, it offers the market’s best telescopic reach for easier loading in tight spaces and faster operation. The advanced radio remote features intelligent functions like auto-home sequence, stability control, and integrated weighing. Robust load-securing systems ensure safe clamping, and optional factory-fitted sheeting systems let drivers cover loads safely from ground level, reducing loading times.
In crane lineup with the HC183X, an 18tm mid-size crane from the EDGE Line, perfect for construction and logistics. It features four hydraulic extensions, a 7-inch display, advanced CE control, and radio control, offering efficiency, reliability, and ease of use. Also on display is the HB152 from the CORE Line, a 15tm crane designed for growing markets. With two hydraulic extensions and an 8-meter outreach, it delivers great versatility at a competitive price. Its hydraulic loader limit system ensures safety and long-term durability by preventing overload.
Finally, BAUMA visitors can explore the TP-O Low swivel axle suspension from TRIDEC, designed to serve the high-volume low-bed trailer market in Europe. Ideal for independent trailer manufacturers, the TP-O Low offers 600 mm of suspension travel and the lowest ride height at 12 tons per axle line. It also delivers a superior steering angle, making it an exceptionally reliable solution for the most demanding transport applications.
