Brazil- JAC Motors., a commercial vehicle manufacturer, held a major launch event in Brazil to introduce its newest light-duty and heavy-duty truck lineup, officially bringing its flagship commercial vehicle range to one of Latin America’s most strategically important markets. The debut signals a meaningful step in JAC’s plan to deepen its local footprint and accelerate growth across South America, while reinforcing the brand’s confidence in expanding its position in Brazil and the wider region.
More than 200 guests attended the event, including representatives from leading Brazilian financial and industrial media, key corporate customers, core business partners, and regional dealer leadership. Alongside product presentations and networking, the program delivered early commercial momentum: JAC welcomed three new partners into its secondary dealer network through an authorization ceremony and secured an on-site order for 10 light-duty trucks an encouraging start for the new range.
The launch also highlighted the progress JAC Motors Brazil has made over the past year in building operations from the ground up. The company established its local team, set up internal structures, and rolled out a broader sales and service network. In parallel, it advanced and completed local certification work for several key models, creating the groundwork needed for a successful market introduction.
Going forward, JAC Motors plans to use Brazil as a strategic base to strengthen its presence across South America. As its localization strategy continues to scale, the company says it will expand its product offerings, enhance after-sales coverage, and improve market responsiveness aiming to deliver long-term value to local customers and support the next phase of Chinese automotive brand growth in the South American commercial vehicle market.
