      Jayant Group Acquires Full Stake in Victor Reinz India

      Jayant Group has acquired an additional 51% stake in Victor Reinz India Pvt. Ltd. for ₹635 million, increasing its ownership to 100% and making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

      Pune- Jayant Group, an automotive component manufacturer, through its holding company Jayant Ventures Pvt. Ltd., has acquired an additional 51% stake in Victor Reinz India Pvt. Ltd. from Reinz Dichtungs GmbH, a subsidiary of Dana Inc., in an all-cash deal valued at ₹635 million. (7.61 million USD approx.) With this acquisition, Jayant Group’s ownership rises from 49% to 100%, making Victor Reinz India a wholly-owned subsidiary and strengthening its ability to support automotive OEMs across India.

      Victor Reinz India, also headquartered in Pune, specializes in high-performance components such as cylinder head gaskets, heat shields, secondary gaskets, engine oil coolers, fuel coolers, transmission oil coolers, and power steering oil coolers. This acquisition enhances Jayant Group’s capability to support India’s automotive OEMs with reliable, innovative solutions tailored to the industry’s evolving demands.

      Despite the ownership change, Victor Reinz India will continue to operate with Technical Assistance and a Trademark License from Reinz Dichtungs GmbH, a Dana Inc. subsidiary, ensuring continuity in sealing and thermal product excellence.
