JBM delivers 50No’s ECO-LIFE electric buses to Ahmedabad

Delhi –JBM Auto Ltd of Gurugram (New Delhi) has delivered a first lot of 50 JBM Eco-Life¹ to Ahmedabad Bus Rapid Transit System as part of 180 Buses order.  The bus service has been rolled out under the BRTS scheme by Ahmedabad Janmarg Ltd AJL) a subsidiary of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

            JBM Auto has also supplied charging infrastructure, power infrastructure and maintenance as a complete solution.

¹ECO-LIFE e9 is powered with Motor 80-160 KW operated by fast-charging lithium-ion batteries, can run up to 250 km per day depending on working condition. The Structure Ladder frame chassis, Body Structure-Corrosion resistant high strength steel of 9m length is fitted with Reverse Illiot, I-Beam solid Axle at front and Fully Floating at rear, suspended by Air Suspension (FRONT & REAR). The Eco-Life buses are equipped with Real Time Passenger Information System (PIS), Panic Buttons for emergency, Automatic Bus Vehicle Location System, CCTV cameras, public address system, and Stop request buttons.
