Edinburgh, Scotland – Scot Agri., a JCB dealer, will showcase the new 335hp, all-wheel steer JCB Fastrac 6300 at the Royal Highland Show, taking place at Ingliston, Edinburgh, from June 18–21.
The Fastrac 6300 features a new engine and stepless transmission combination designed to deliver smooth speed changes, efficient torque delivery and strong field-to-road performance. It also comes with factory-installed precision farming technology, including high-accuracy guidance, automated headland turn patterns and a twin satellite receiver system for improved accuracy on rolling terrain.
The new model builds on JCB’s established Fastrac concept, combining all-wheel steering, full suspension, powerful outboard disc brakes and 50:50 weight distribution. These features allow the tractor to handle demanding fieldwork while also delivering high-speed road travel of up to 66kph.
Scot Agri will also display the Fastrac 4220 alongside a broad range of JCB agricultural handling equipment. The line-up includes four JCB Loadall telescopic handlers, from the compact 514-40 with 1.4-tonne lift capacity and 4m reach to the 542-70, offering 4.2 tonnes lift capacity and 7m reach.
The Telemaster range will also be represented by three models, including the compact TM110, capable of lifting 1.1 tonnes to 3.5m, and the TM420S, the most powerful model in the series with 173hp and 40kph or 50kph powershift transmission options.
JCB’s recently introduced TM280 will also appear at the show. The mid-range model offers 2.75 tonnes lift capacity and 4.8m lift height, with either a 109hp engine and 30kph hydrostatic drive or a 130hp ‘S’ specification with DualTech VT transmission.
The DualTech VT system combines hydrostatic low-speed control with direct mechanical high-speed drive up to 40kph, giving the TM280 strong efficiency and manoeuvrability in a compact 2.6m-high package suited to traditional farm buildings with low access.
