Staffordshire, England - JC Bamford Excavators Ltd., a construction equipment manufacturer, has launched the all-new TM110, a compact yet powerful telescopic wheel loader designed specifically for livestock farms and commercial horticulture operations. Built to serve as either a primary handling machine or a complement to larger equipment, the TM110 delivers impressive performance in tight working environments.
With a lift capacity of 1,100kg at full chassis articulation and a lift height of 3.5 metres, the TM110 offers significant handling capability in a machine just 1.56 metres wide and 2.2 metres tall. This makes it ideal for navigating narrow buildings and spaces with limited access while still being able to lift and stack heavy loads like big square bales or bulk containers.
Powered by a 36kW (50hp) engine, the TM110 features a diesel particulate filter (DPF) but requires no AdBlue, simplifying operation and maintenance. The fully hydrostatic transmission offers a top speed of 30kph, with an optional “creep speed” function for use with powered attachments. It also has a 750kg towing capacity.
For optimal traction, the TM110 is equipped with locking front and rear axle differentials. Its hydraulic system includes a 50-litre/min gear pump and a variable-rate auxiliary output of 47 litres/min. LED work lights mounted on the cab and boom provide excellent visibility during nighttime operations.
Operators can choose between an open canopy with front and rear glazing or a fully enclosed, heated cab. Optional features include the JCB Smooth Ride System boom suspension, enhancing load stability when traveling over rough terrain.
Mr. John Smith, Agriculture Managing Director at JCB, said, “In recent years, we have focused on developing larger, more powerful and more capable telescopic wheeled loaders, such as the latest TM320S, TM420, and TM420S. With the TM110, we are addressing the ultra-compact sector for the first time. It complements the TM180 and TM220 and brings big-loader features into a machine with ultra-compact dimensions, offering a well-equipped and practical materials handling solution.”
The TM110 is a strategic addition to JCB’s range, aimed at smaller-scale agricultural operations and users needing robust performance in confined spaces.
