Maharashtra - Jitendra EV., an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, launches the Yunik electric scooter, offering a 118 km range, advanced safety features, and smart connectivity via the JENi app. The scooter caters to various riders, with two more variants expected in October 2025.
The Yunik features the HyperGear Powertrain for efficiency and Spin Switch Riding Modes, combining traditional and modern functionality. With a 180 mm ground clearance and an ergonomically designed seat, it ensures comfort for both city commutes and longer rides.
The Yunik is powered by a 3.8 kW LMFP detachable battery, offering a 118 km range and a top speed of 75 km/h. The battery features Bluetooth connectivity and a thermal propagation alert for added safety. Integrated with the JENi app, it provides smart connectivity and intuitive controls for an enhanced riding experience.
The Yunik features an illuminated logo, a 3-year or 50,000 km warranty, and is available in five colors: Meadow Green, Dusk Blue, Forest White, Volcano Red, and Eclipse Black. Jitendra EV also offers accessories, including the Yunikrown Bluetooth helmet, Yuniklamp helmet storage, Yunikase utility bag, and Yunikart Booster for puncture assistance.
Mr. Samkit Shah, Co-Founder of Jitendra EV, highlighted the Yunik as a step forward in sustainable mobility, combining advanced technology, safety, and rider comfort. Deliveries for the Yunik will begin on January 15, 2025.
The Yunik offers dual disc brakes, 12-inch tubeless tires, side stand sensors, keyless entry, a USB port, and a smart LED digital cluster. Its lighting system includes ChromeArc LED headlamps, Radiant Hex tail lamps, and EagleVision blinkers. Jitendra EV also plans to launch the Yunik Lite and Yunik Pro variants in October 2025, featuring TFT displays.
