Pennsylvania, United States - JLG Industries, Inc., a construction equipment manufacturer, has officially entered the micro-sized scissor lift segment with the launch of its new ES1930M electric model. Designed for high productivity in tight, indoor work environments, the ES1930M delivers full-size power in a compact, maneuverable footprint tailored to meet the evolving needs of modern job sites.
The ES1930M is engineered for spaces where access, agility, and reduced weight are critical, such as data centers, schools, airports, and maintenance facilities. With a zero-degree inside turning radius, fixed rails for clearance through standard doorways, and a machine width of just 30 inches, this lift excels in maneuvering through narrow hallways and working in confined areas like museums, casinos, and universities.
The ES1930M boasts a platform height of 18 feet 6 inches (indoor) and supports up to 500 pounds of platform capacity, enough for two occupants indoors. It features a newly designed arm stack and an offset middle pin configuration to ensure exceptional platform stability and reduced sway at height, enhancing operator confidence and safety.
The ES1930M is designed for efficiency and reduced maintenance. It features a single lift cylinder and an improved wiring harness that minimize leak points and simplify servicing. The JLG ES1930M offers an 18 ft 6 in indoor platform height, 500 lb capacity for two occupants, and a compact design at 30 in wide and under 3,000 lb. With a zero inside turning radius, it’s built for tight, efficient maneuvering.
Mr. Bob Begley, Director of Product Management for Scissor Lifts at JLG, said, “As job sites evolve, there’s increasing demand for compact, agile access equipment. The ES1930M is tailored for indoor applications that require minimal intrusion and precise control, while reducing maintenance and improving the overall operator experience. With the ES1930M, JLG is positioned not just to participate but to lead in the growing micro scissor lift category. This machine is purpose-built to solve real-world access challenges in tight or sensitive spaces.”
With this launch, JLG reinforces its commitment to innovation and job site efficiency, bringing high-performance access solutions into even the smallest and most complex work environments.
