Pennsylvania, USA - JLG Industries., a construction equipment manufacturer and an Oshkosh Corporation business, has introduced a preview of its new 600AJ+ articulating boom lift. The new model represents the next generation of JLG boom lifts, designed to deliver improved performance, productivity, serviceability and connectivity for modern jobsites.

The 600AJ+ features an expanded working envelope, offering a maximum platform height of 60 feet, horizontal outreach of 38 feet and an up-and-over height of 27 feet 3 inches. JLG says the machine’s updated boom architecture improves stability, reduces sway and delivers smoother operation, while its single-function tower boom design helps improve speed to height.

The new boom lift also includes advanced control modes that allow operators to position the platform more accurately and work more efficiently. In addition, ClearSky Smart Fleet technology provides two-way data transmission, giving fleet managers better visibility into equipment performance, maintenance planning and overall productivity.

JLG has also focused on easier servicing with features such as a centralized fuse box, protected internal power track, improved engine access and simplified parts management. Previewed as part of JLG’s next-generation equipment showcase at CONEXPO 2026, the 600AJ+ highlights the company’s continued push to improve uptime, operator experience and fleet efficiency.
