      Missouri, United States- Deere & Co., (John Deere) is an American corporation that manufactures agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains used in heavy equipment and lawn care equipment, announced has John Deere Reman Core Center is set to expand by 120,000 sq. ft. with a $13.5M investment. Construction begins mid-2025, aiming for completion in 2026, bringing the total facility size to 400,000 sq. ft.

      Located in Strafford, Missouri, the John Deere Reman Core Center is one of several facilities in the Springfield area. John Deere Reman restores parts and components to like-new condition, offering cost savings and reducing environmental impact. Skilled local employees use advanced techniques to meet or exceed original John Deere specifications.

      Mr. Kevin Schrag, Manager, John Deere Reman, said, “This is a significant milestone for us and shows John Deere’s commitment to the Reman business and to the local community. Our dedicated employees, with their focus on keeping our customers running and commitment to the remanufacturing business, have made this investment possible.”
