Neu-Isenburg, Germany- JOST Werke SE., a producer and supplier of safety-critical systems for commercial vehicles, acquires Hyva, a renowned technology in hydraulic solutions. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the growth journey of JOST, strengthening its position as a leading supplier for On-Highway and Off-Highway applications in the commercial vehicle industry.
Hyva is the producer of front-end tipping cylinders, and supplies a full range of double acting cylinders, container lifting systems (hookloaders and skiploaders), waste handling solutions (refuse collection bodies and compactors), and truck-mounted cranes. Hyva solutions are used worldwide, across a range of sectors including Transport & Logistics, Construction & Mining, as well as Agriculture and Environmental.
Founded in 1979 and headquartered in the Netherlands, Hyva operates in more than 110 countries with over 3,000 employees and 14 production facilities in Brazil, China, Germany, India, Italy, and Mexico.
