Gurugram- JSW MG Motor India Pvt Ltd., and Shell India Markets Private Limited (SIMPL)., have partnered to expand EV charging infrastructure in India. Shell will deploy 50kW and 60kW DC fast chargers nationwide, accessible via the MyMG App and Shell’s network tool, enhancing convenience for MG customers and supporting long-distance EV travel.

Shell EV Recharge locations provide reliable and ultra-fast charging, with a 98%-99% charger uptime. These locations also offer convenient retail, including fresh food and beverage options. All these factors help enhance the overall customer experience and provide added value and convenience.

JSW MG Motor India has built a robust EV ecosystem ahead of launching the MG ZS EV. They collaborate on battery recycling and second-life management, offer AC and DC chargers in residential areas and showrooms, and provide a comprehensive 6-way charging system to customers. This includes free AC fast chargers, an extended charging network, onboard plug-and-charge cables, roadside assistance for charging, and community chargers. They've installed 500 chargers in 500 days across India and have over 15,000 charging touchpoints nationwide.
