Gurugram - JSW MG Motor India Pvt Ltd., an automobile manufacturer, has unveiled the MG Majestor, pitching it as India’s first D+ segment SUV. Earlier displayed at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
In terms of size, the Majestor measures 5,046 mm (L), 2,016 mm (W), and 1,870 mm (H), with a 2,950 mm wheelbase - dimensions MG says make it the longest, widest, and tallest in its class. It also offers 219 mm ground clearance and a water-wading depth of up to 810 mm.
Power comes from a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel generating 215.5 PS and 478.5 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Buyers can choose 2WD or 4WD, with the 4WD version featuring 10 off-road modes and triple differential locks (front, rear, and centre) claimed to be a segment-first.
On the safety front, the Majestor gets Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree HD camera, and key electronic aids including ESP, ABS, EBD, TCS, and Roll Movement Intervention (RMI).
Inside, the SUV offers a premium feature set such as ventilated front seats with massage, driver memory, a panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control, dual 12.3-inch screens (cluster + infotainment), and a 12-speaker JBL sound system. Convenience highlights include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual wireless chargers, and a 220V power outlet. Seating options include both 6-seater and 7-seater layouts.

The Majestor will be available in Sharp and Savvy trims across both drivetrain options, with four colours: Pearl White, Concrete Grey, Metal Black, and Metal Ash. MG is offering a 5-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, 5-year roadside assistance, and five labour-free services under its Complete Peace of Mind program.
