Mumbai - JSW Motors Limited, a passenger vehicle manufacturer, is partners with Dassault Systèmes to Advance Future Mobility in India. In a major step toward building a digitally driven automotive ecosystem, JSW Motors Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Dassault Systèmes to support its next phase of mobility development.
As part of this collaboration, JSW Motors will adopt Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform as the core digital foundation for its upcoming New Energy Vehicle (NEV) programs. The partnership is aimed at creating a modular and scalable vehicle architecture that can support multiple NEV formats while enabling the use of advanced digital solutions such as CATIA, ENOVIA, and DELMIA across the development process.
The collaboration also reflects a strong focus on sustainable manufacturing, improved operational efficiency, and a reduced carbon footprint. By digitally connecting design, engineering, and production, JSW Motors is working toward a more integrated and streamlined manufacturing ecosystem. More than just a software deployment, this partnership marks the company’s broader move toward building a fully connected Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem that supports end-to-end vehicle development and production.
With the integration of virtual twins, simulation-driven engineering, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), JSW Motors is laying the groundwork for faster development cycles, improved product quality, and scalable manufacturing capabilities.
Mr. Ranjan Nayak, CEO, JSW Motors, “The larger vision is to create a globally benchmarked, India-engineered mobility ecosystem while strengthening localization and building a more resilient supply chain.”
This partnership highlights how the Indian automotive sector is steadily moving toward software-defined and digitally integrated mobility, with JSW Motors positioning itself early in this transformation by combining global technology with local engineering strengths to build future-ready, sustainable, and competitive EV platforms.
