      Kolkata- Jupiter Wagons Ltd,Jupiter Electric Mobility Deploys Tez Electric LCVs with Pickkup for Green Last-Mile Logistics in India

      the electric vehicle division of Jupiter Wagons Ltd, has announced a strategic partnership with leading tech-enabled logistics platform Pickkup to deploy 300 units of its electric light commercial vehicle (eLCV), JEM Tez, for last-mile and intercity deliveries.

      Following successful pilot runs across urban and intercity routes, including high-traffic corridors like Delhi to Chandigarh, JEM has already delivered the first batch of eLCVs. The JEM Tez electric vehicle demonstrated a robust range of 190–220 km per charge, even under varied real-world conditions.

       Key Features of JEM Tez Electric LCV:

      • CCS2 fast-charging compatibility
      • Up to 220 km single-charge range
      • 30% extended range compared to market alternatives
      • 1050 kg payload capacity
      • Optimized for last-mile and intercity logistics operations

      "The Tez eLCV supports daily runs of up to 250 km, enabling higher earnings for fleet operators while reducing operating costs and carbon emissions," said Ankush Sharma, Co-founder & CEO of Pickkup.

      The initiative marks a significant step in building a sustainable logistics ecosystem in India, focusing on zero-emission commercial vehicles and electrified supply chains. Pickkup, a tech-driven EV logistics company, currently operates across key NCR cities and Tier-2 markets like Mohali and Chandigarh, expanding access to eco-friendly delivery solutions.
