Pune- India Kawasaki Motors Private Limited., has officially reintroduced the Versys-X 300 to the Indian market for 2025, While the mechanical setup remains the same as the previous version, the 2025 model gets a refresh in aesthetics with new Candy Lime Green Type 3 and Metallic Flat Spark Black colour options, along with updated graphics.

The Versys-X 300 is built around a compact and versatile 296cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, parallel-twin engine. It produces 40 PS of peak power at 11,500 rpm and 26 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine setup also includes fuel injection with dual throttle valves, enhancing linear power delivery and fuel efficiency.

This adventure-tourer is designed for both daily commuting and long-distance touring. With its lightweight chassis, high-tensile steel backbone frame, and long-travel suspension (130 mm front, 148 mm rear), the bike is capable of handling a variety of road conditions. The 815 mm seat height and 180 mm ground clearance ensure a comfortable and confident riding posture, even on challenging terrain.

In terms of features, the Versys-X 300 boasts Kawasaki’s Assist & Slipper Clutch, which reduces clutch lever effort and prevents rear-wheel hop during aggressive downshifting. Other key features include ABS, a 17-litre fuel tank, and Kawasaki’s Economical Riding Indicator, which helps riders improve fuel efficiency by providing real-time feedback on consumption.

Riders will also appreciate Kawasaki’s ERGO-FIT system, allowing customisation of rider position through adjustable components. The bike rides on a 100/90-19 front tyre and 130/80-17 rear tyre, mounted on spoked wheels, enhancing durability and grip. Braking is handled by petal disc brakes at both ends with dual-piston calipers.

With a curb weight of 179 kg, wheelbase of 1,450 mm, and CO₂ emissions of 103 g/km, the 2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 strikes a balance between performance, comfort, and eco-conscious engineering.

The motorcycle is aimed at riders looking for a reliable and capable adventure-tourer that handles both city streets and weekend getaways with ease. With its trusted mechanicals and a refreshed look, the Versys-X 300 is set to appeal to a wide spectrum of Indian motorcyclists.
