Finland- Kempower Oyj., an EV fast-charging solutions provider, has partnered with Zeon Electric Private Limited., a charge points operator (CPO) in India, to deploy EV fast-charging solutions across the country. This collaboration will address the growing need for reliable and scalable charging infrastructure, with a focus on India’s strategic highway network.
Partners aim to establish over 20 EV charging hubs in India in the coming years, with the first site already operational in Sira, Karnataka. Kempower provides advanced DC fast-charging solutions, delivering 200-400 kW of power with 6-8 outputs per site. The setup is designed for scalability to meet growing demand and ensure future readiness.
Kempower and Zeon share a commitment to sustainable mobility. As part of the long-term vision, the companies have also signed a service agreement, ensuring ongoing maintenance and support for the charging infrastructure.
