Launches of Gravity trims for the Seltos, Sonet, and Carens, featuring premium upgrades and new designs. Prices start at ₹10,49,900. The EV9 and new Carnival will debut in October.
Date: September 5, 2024New Delhi- Kia India is celebrating its 5th anniversary and hitting the 1 million domestic sales mark with the launch of Gravity variants for the Seltos, Sonet, and Carens. These new trims boost the premium appeal of Kia’s top-selling models, reinforcing the brand’s strong position in the Indian market.
With the new Gravity trim, the Kia Seltos now offers 24 variants, including Petrol G1.5 Gravity IVT, Petrol G1.5 Gravity MT, and Diesel 1.5L CRDi VGT Gravity 6MT. Premium features include a 10.25” Digital LCD Cluster, ventilated seats, a BOSE speaker system, and 17” Machined Wheels. Exclusive details like a Glossy Black Rear Spoiler and Gravity Emblem add to its appeal. Available in Glacial White Pearl, Aurora Black Pearl, and Dark Gun Metal, the Gravity trim is positioned above the HTX, enhancing the Seltos' luxury.
Kia Sonet now offers the Gravity trim across all three powertrains: G1.2 (5MT), G1.0T (6iMT), and D1.5 (6MT). Positioned above the HTK+ trim, the Gravity variant features White Brake Calipers, Indigo Pera Seats with Navy Stitching, a TGS Leather Knob, and R16 Alloy Wheels. Additional highlights include a Wireless Phone Charger, Dash Cam, and the Gravity Emblem. Available in Pearl White, Aurora Black Pearl, and Matte Graphite, the Sonet lineup now expands to 22 variants.
The Kia Carens, popular with over 1.5 lakh families, now includes the Gravity trim. This variant offers premium features like a Dash Cam, Sunroof, Artificial Black Leather Seats, and a D-Cut Leather Steering Wheel. Positioned above the Premium (O) trim, it also features Leatherette Door Trims, LED Map Lamps, and the Gravity Emblem, providing a more luxurious option for buyers.

The brand has also achieved the milestone of 1-million-unit sales within 59 months and over the years, Kia India has set a benchmark in terms of active safety, design, and innovative features among its competitors.
The Seltos Gravity starts at ₹16,62,900 for the G1.5 Petrol 6MT and goes up to ₹18,20,900 for the Diesel variant, featuring premium upgrades like a Dash Cam, BOSE speakers, ventilated seats, and exclusive design elements. The Sonet Gravity, priced from ₹10,49,900, includes features such as White Brake Calipers, a Wireless Phone Charger, and Indigo Pera Seats. The Carens Gravity, starting at ₹12,09,900, offers a Sunroof, Dash Cam, and Artificial Black Leather Seats, adding a touch of luxury to the family-oriented model.
