Ahmednagar- Kinetic Group., a manufacturer of automotive components for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles, has commissioned its advanced battery manufacturing facility in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. With an investment of ₹50 crore, the facility marks the Group’s formal entry into EV battery manufacturing, producing ‘Range-X’ high-performance batteries for two- and three-wheeler electric vehicles. This initiative supports India’s growing demand for sustainable energy solutions.
The plant has an annual capacity of 60,000 battery packs, strengthening Kinetic Group’s commitment to quality, innovation, and green transport. Under the leadership of Vice Chairman and Managing Director Ajinkya Firodia, the Group continues to drive progress in the evolving EV ecosystem, reinforcing its legacy in automotive innovation.
