Hughes joins King Kutter after nearly 15 years in the agricultural retail sector, most recently serving as District Manager for Tractor Supply Company in North Mississippi. His background in overseeing multiple retail locations and building strong-performing teams is expected to support the company’s continued growth across both dealer and retail channels.
With deep roots in farming and rural life, Hughes brings hands-on agricultural knowledge along with leadership experience. He is known for his people-first approach, team development, and commitment to building long-term relationships with customers and colleagues. His connection to agriculture also extends beyond work, as he remains actively involved in farming, gardening, and restoring antique tractors near his home in Tupelo, Mississippi.
