Kioti has introduced Flow+ hydraulic technology for its TL750 and SL750 loaders, offering more power than standard systems without the fuel cost of high-flow setups.
Date: May 2, 2025Wendell, North Carolina - KIOTI Tractor., a division of Daedong-USA and a construction machinery manufacturer, has launched its new Flow+ hydraulic technology for compact construction equipment, aiming to deliver enhanced hydraulic power without the increased fuel consumption or expense associated with traditional high-flow systems. The Flow+ system is now available on the TL750 compact track loader and the SL750 skid steer loader.
The Flow+ upgrade is designed to support a wide range of light- to medium-duty hydraulic attachments such as rotary cutters, trenchers, and snow blowers. At the same time, the loaders remain compatible with standard-flow attachments, making them suitable for a broad spectrum of everyday jobsite tasks.
Mr. Justin Moe, Product manager of Kioti, said, “At Kioti, we’re committed to developing solutions that maximize the performance of our equipment. Flow+ bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems, providing operators with the hydraulic power needed to handle more demanding tasks, while improving engine functionality, fuel savings and overall versatility.”
According to Kioti, the Flow+ system delivers more hydraulic power than standard systems while minimizing the heat and wear typically generated by high-flow configurations. This results in improved durability and operational efficiency. The Flow+ design includes a five-port coupler block, dedicated Flow+ tube lines and valve, and an added gear pump to ensure smooth hydraulic performance and quick attachment changes.
In terms of specifications, the standard TL750 and SL750 models deliver hydraulic performance at 3,335 psi with 21.9 gallons per minute (gpm) of flow and 41.8 horsepower. The Flow+ models, however, operate at 2,900 psi but boost hydraulic flow to 34 gpm and hydraulic horsepower to 65.7, enabling them to tackle more demanding applications with greater ease.
Both the TL750 and SL750 loaders are fully designed, engineered, and manufactured by Kioti. They come standard with a 74-horsepower Kioti diesel engine, two-speed travel, pilot hydraulic joystick controls, auxiliary hydraulics, LED work lights, a rearview camera, and a quick-attach connector. Operators also benefit from a spacious cab with a roll-up door, suspension seat, and optional heating and air conditioning for enhanced comfort on the job.
With the Flow+ upgrade, Kioti positions its compact loaders as versatile, efficient, and powerful tools for contractors who require flexible and durable equipment for a range of jobsite challenges.
