Andhra Pradesh - Kobelco Construction Equipment India (KCEI)., a construction Machinery manufacturer, has achieved a significant milestone by rolling out its 20,000th excavator from its manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The plant caters to both domestic and international markets, strengthening India's position in the company’s global operations.
In addition to expanding its production capabilities, KCEI is strengthening its research and development (R&D) operations with a new facility in Sri City. This state-of-the-art center will be dedicated to advanced engineering solutions, product customization, and cutting-edge technology development to meet the evolving demands of diverse markets.
By investing in R&D, KCEI aims to enhance innovation, improve product efficiency, and reinforce India's position as a crucial hub for manufacturing and technological advancements within Kobelco’s global network.
Kobelco Construction Equipment India (KCEI) produces a diverse range of excavators in India, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 3,000 units. The company not only caters to domestic demand but also exports its excavators to over 16 countries. With a strong presence in the industry, KCEI continues to uphold its leadership in the high-end segment, maintaining a market share of more than 25%.
