      Emsland, Germany- Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG., an agricultural machinery and transportation, has appointed Mr. Jürgen Hölscher, a 58-year-old banking expert with a strong background in cooperative banks and agricultural consultancy, to its Supervisory Board, effective 11 December 2024. His expertise in financial markets and agriculture enhances the board's strategic direction. Alongside Jürgen Hölscher, the newly restructured board includes:

      Mr. Alfons Veer a financial expert and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Veer has long focused on the overall strategy and the implementation of sustainable organizational structures within the KRONE Group. His extensive financial experience, paired with Hölscher's, strengthens the board's ability to manage complex financial matters effectively.

      Mr. Bernd Meerpohl: A recognized leader in animal husbandry technology and the owner of a leading family business in this field, Meerpohl will primarily support the technological and production-oriented development of the group. His deep knowledge of the agricultural industry is critical as KRONE continues to innovate and evolve its product offerings.

      Dr. Tono Nasch: The managing partner of an institute focused on vehicle drive testing, Nasch will contribute his expertise in digitalization, automation, and electrification. With the growing importance of sustainable and innovative technologies in the transportation and agricultural machinery sectors, Nasch’s input will help guide the group towards a more advanced and future-ready approach.
