Emsland, Germany- Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG., an agricultural machinery and transportation, has appointed Mr. Jürgen Hölscher, a 58-year-old banking expert with a strong background in cooperative banks and agricultural consultancy, to its Supervisory Board, effective 11 December 2024. Mr. Alfons Veer a financial expert and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Veer has long focused on the overall strategy and the implementation of sustainable organizational structures within the KRONE Group. Mr. Bernd Meerpohl: A recognized leader in animal husbandry technology and the owner of a leading family business in this field, Meerpohl will primarily support the technological and production-oriented development of the group.
