Pune- KTM., has introduced the 390 Enduro R in India, making it more affordable than the KTM 390 Adventure. The India-spec model, while sharing the same base as the international version, includes a few modifications tailored to meet local homologation requirements.

Suspension: The 390 Enduro R in India features the same suspension as the 390 Adventure, offering 200mm of travel at the front and 205mm at the rear. However, KTM has confirmed that the global-spec version with 230mm suspension travel will be introduced in India soon.

Weight: The India-spec model is slightly heavier at 177kg (kerb weight), thanks to additional features like a saree guard and engine crash guards, which are mandated for Indian markets. This is 6kg more than the international model.

Wheels & Tires: It rides on 21/18-inch tube-type spoke wheels, shod with Mitas Enduro Trail tires, making it well-equipped for off-road adventures.

Braking & Suspension: The bike is equipped with fully adjustable WP Apex upside-down forks at the front and a WP monoshock at the rear, both of which come with preload and rebound adjustment. Disc brakes are present at both ends, with the option to deactivate the ABS for off-road riding.

Engine: The 390 Enduro R is powered by a 399cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, producing 45.3bhp and 39Nm of torque. The bike features a larger 48-tooth rear sprocket for enhanced low-end performance, making it more capable on challenging trails.

The KTM 390 Enduro R is equipped with full LED lighting, ensuring improved visibility and a sleek aesthetic. It also features a 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing riders to connect their smartphones for navigation and other essential functions. Additionally, the motorcycle offers two riding modes and incorporates traction control, providing enhanced safety and performance across a variety of terrains.
