Oxfordshire, UK - Kubota (UK) Ltd., an agricultural and construction machinery manufacturer, has unveiled the RT305T-2, a largest pivot-steer telescopic loader, enhancing its materials handling offerings for agriculture. Positioned as the flagship of Kubota’s 10-model RT range, it features a 1.2 tonne capacity and a maximum lift height of 4.3 meters, powered by a centrally-mounted, two-stage telescopic boom.
The RT305T-2 offers a maximum horizontal reach of 3m with a 750kg load. For added stability, its four-tonne operating weight can be increased by 200kg with a bolt-on counterweight. The loader features a low height of 2.27m and an overall width of 1.34m.
The RT305T-2 offers excellent manoeuvrability with a maintenance-free centre-pivot joint, providing 45 degrees of steering articulation and a 3.15m outside turning radius. Its 4 degrees of joint oscillation help keep all four wheels on the ground over uneven terrain.
The RT305T-2 offers hydraulic performance of 70 litres/min via an auxiliary circuit, with up to three double-acting services for powered attachments. It comes with a proportional joystick, two double-acting hydraulic services, and a standard hydraulic locking headstock. The loader also includes hose burst check-valves and load-moment control for forward over-turn protection, meeting EN15000 certification.
The RT305T-2 is powered by a 66hp EU Stage V Kubota V2403 diesel engine with a 6,000-hour DPF maintenance interval. Its hydrostatic driveline, powered by a Bosch Rexroth hydraulic motor, drives Carraro axles with two speed ranges (0-15 and 0-30 kph). The powertrain includes multidisc brakes, permanent four-wheel drive, and differential locks. Pro Inching control allows precise speed management with a foot throttle.
The RT305T-2 is available in four versions: two canopy models (standard and high-spec) and two cab models (standard and high-spec) with a one-piece door and right-hand opening window. High-spec versions feature larger 500/45-20 tyres and a towing pack with a jaw hitch and 50mm tow ball. All models come with an air-suspended seat, and cabbed versions can include optional air conditioning, boom float, and boom suspension.
