Kubota North America Corporation has announced key leadership changes following a recent Kubota Corporation (KBT) board meeting in Osaka, Japan.
Date: June 24, 2025Grapevine, Texas - Kubota North America Corporation (KNA)., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced major leadership changes following a recent Board of Directors meeting of Kubota Corporation (KBT) held in Osaka, Japan.
Effective July 1, 2025, Todd Stucke will transition to new roles in Japan, where he will serve as Deputy General Manager of the Farm and Industrial Machinery Consolidated Division and Deputy General Manager of the Customer Solutions Division at KBT. He will also retain his position as Senior Vice President of KNA and will continue to serve as Chairman of Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC), remaining a key member of the KNA Executive Board.
Stucke will be succeeded as President of KTC by Alex Woods, a seasoned Kubota executive with over 25 years of experience. Woods will also continue in his current role leading Supply Chain Management at KNA.

Stucke brings 35 years of experience in agriculture and equipment and remains active in industry leadership as a Board Member of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). He previously served as AEM Chairman in 2024 and held several key roles, including Vice Chair (2023), Treasurer, and Chair of the Ag Sector Board (2020).
