Klepp, Norway – Kverneland., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has introduced the new-generation Tactus 2072 and Tactus 2078 double-rotor rotary rakes, designed to improve forage quality, efficiency and operator comfort.
The Tactus 2072 offers working widths from 6.4 to 7.2 metres, while the Tactus 2078 covers 7.0 to 7.8 metres, making both models suitable for small and large fields.
Both rakes feature the TerraLink Plus ground contour-following system, helping maintain clean and consistent raking performance on flat, uneven and hilly terrain.
Kverneland’s DUO tine system uses curved 9.5-mm tines to improve crop flow, maintain consistent tine height, reduce soil contamination and form uniform swaths with minimal leaf loss.
The machines also feature the CompactLine gearbox with an oil-immersed cam track and oil-greased tine-arm bearings for smooth operation, durability and lower maintenance requirements.
Additional features include high headland clearance, compact transport dimensions, easy coupling and optional hydraulic transport locks.
