Land Rover Launches 2025 Defender

Land Rover unveils 2025 Defender at ₹1.39 Cr with a 313 kW V8, luxury interiors, and advanced off-road features.

Coventry, United Kingdom - JAGUAR Land Rover Limited., a multinational car manufacturer, has introduced the 2025 Defender (25MY) lineup, showcasing major upgrades for enhanced on-road and off-road performance. A standout feature is the new V8 P425 engine, producing 313 kW of power. Offered in three body styles-Defender 90, 110, and 130-the lineup also includes the X-Dynamic HSE and X variants.

Priced from Rs 1.39 Cr (ex-showroom), the Defender 25MY blends luxury, capability, and advanced tech for diverse terrains. Powered by the V8 P425 engine, it features Terrain Response, electronic air suspension, adaptive dynamics, and 20-inch Satin Dark Grey wheels for enhanced performance and comfort.

The 25MY Defender boasts upgraded interiors with Windsor leather seats, climate-controlled second-row seats, and premium details like Nubuck-edged mats and suedecloth headlining. Tech features include an 11.4-inch PiVi Pro touchscreen, 3D surround camera, and Meridian sound system. Comfort additions include matrix LED headlights, a sliding panoramic roof, and a front center console fridge. The Defender 130 variant offers captain chairs for easier third-row access.

The Defender 25MY offers enhanced driving and comfort features, including an electronic active differential, roof rails, all-terrain tires, wade sensing, and electronic air suspension. It also comes with a black contrast roof and customizable packs, such as cold climate, advanced off-road, and family comfort options.
