Shanghai, China – Leapmotor, an electric vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled the all-new A05, which will be known as the B03 in global markets. The compact electric hatchback combines modern styling, intelligent technology and practical features designed for everyday use.
Developed primarily for young urban customers, the A05 is aimed at drivers seeking a stylish, convenient and confidence-inspiring electric vehicle. It reflects Leapmotor’s strategy of making premium EV technologies accessible to a wider audience.
The model is built around four key principles: attractive design, easy driving, enjoyable usability, and advanced safety and intelligence. These are reflected in its contemporary exterior, driver-assistance systems, spacious cabin and AI-powered digital features.
The A05 measures 4,175 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width and 1,560 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm. Despite its compact dimensions, the vehicle offers a spacious and flexible interior. Its design follows Leapmotor’s latest styling direction, combining clean lines, advanced lighting, premium materials and customizable colour options.
The hatchback offers an electric driving range of up to 510 km under the WLTC cycle, subject to final homologation. It also supports fast charging and includes intelligent driving technologies intended to improve convenience and safety.
Inside, the A05 provides flexible seating arrangements, multiple storage areas and a large dual-layer luggage compartment. Its connected features and adaptable cabin are designed to support the requirements of modern urban lifestyles.
