Bangalore- Lexus India Limited., has expanded the RX 350h line-up with the introduction of a new ‘Exquisite’ grade, further reinforcing the model’s strength in the luxury SUV segment. This new addition reflects the brand’s commitment to providing advanced hybrid mobility solutions that blend refined design, superior performance, and enhanced comfort.

The RX 350h Exquisite grade is priced from Rs 89,99,000 ex-showroom onwards, giving customers a wider selection of features and configurations. With the updated RX range, Lexus continues to emphasise advanced technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and strong value.

Powered by Lexus’ advanced hybrid system, the Exquisite grade combines a highly responsive 2.5-litre inline four-cylinder engine with a high-output electric motor and an improved bipolar nickel-metal hydride battery. This hybrid setup delivers a harmonious balance of smooth performance and excellent fuel economy. Inside, the cabin offers premium comfort with features such as a spacious interior, 10-way power-adjustable front seats, and heated and ventilated seats for both front and rear occupants—an exclusive offering in this segment. Ambient lighting further elevates the luxury experience.

At the top of the lineup, the RX 500h F-SPORT+ stands out as India’s only performance hybrid electric turbocharged luxury SUV. It is powered by a 2.4-litre turbocharged engine paired with an electric motor, a six-speed automatic transmission, and a high-output rear eAxle motor. The model’s high-power bipolar nickel-metal hydride battery and DIRECT4 all-wheel-drive technology ensure smooth, powerful, and instant torque delivery. Dynamic Rear-Wheel Steering enhances agility and stability, offering superior driving dynamics.

The RX range also showcases a Mark Levinson 21-speaker audio system that transforms every drive into an immersive listening experience. Lexus Safety System+ adds an extra layer of protection with features such as Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Monitor, and Safe Exit Assist, giving drivers confidence on every journey.

Between January and November this year, the RX recorded 12% growth in India, highlighting the rising demand for luxury SUVs. During the same period, SUVs contributed nearly 40% to Lexus India’s overall performance, demonstrating the RX’s significant role in driving the brand’s momentum.

Mr. Hikaru Ikeuchi, President of Lexus India, said, “The Lexus RX represents our dedication to luxury, design, performance, and sustainable mobility. As the luxury SUV segment continues to grow, the introduction of the new Exquisite grade allows us to offer guests a wider range of options and features to choose from. This enhancement reflects our continued commitment to expanding our portfolio and elevating the Lexus experience in India, supported by advanced technology and a guest-first philosophy.”

The expanded RX range continues to be supported by Lexus’ hallmark ownership experience, which includes Lexus Luxury Care, an eight-year vehicle warranty, five-year Roadside Assistance, and the Smart Ownership Plan all designed to deliver unparalleled peace of mind.

As Lexus strengthens its luxury portfolio in India, the introduction of the RX 350h Exquisite grade marks another significant step in delivering guest-centric mobility solutions tailored to the needs of the Indian market.
