Bulle, Switzerland - LIEBHERR-INTERNATIONAL AG., a construction machinery company, has announced that its G8 crawler dozers can now be equipped with Unicontrol Easy Link, making installation of Unicontrol’s 3D control systems simpler than ever. The solution is available both for new PR 716–765 G8 models and as a retrofit for previously delivered machines.
Liebherr crawler dozers have long supported established machine control systems. With Unicontrol Easy Link, operators can now access agile, GPS/GNSS-based 3D technology for automated precision grading, enhancing efficiency and accuracy on the jobsite.
The integration process is straightforward, requiring activation of the software interface in the machine control system, a direct electrical connection to the Unicontrol unit, and minor cab preparation for the display.
