Darien, Wisconsin - Ligchine International Corporation., a construction equipment manufacturer, has launched the new E-Z Grader attachment for compact track loaders, engineered to deliver precise subgrade preparation for concrete or asphalt paving. When paired with the company’s laser-guided screeds, the E-Z Grader ensures accuracy and efficiency in creating the ideal foundation for paving projects.
The E-Z Grader attachment from Ligchine features a built-in roller compactor, retractable ripper shanks, and deployable wings for enhanced versatility. It offers both 2D and 3D machine control grading options, making it highly adaptable for various job requirements. Compatible with major compact track loader (CTL) brands, the attachment is designed to provide accurate and efficient subgrade preparation for paving projects.
Mr. Kyle Hohmann, CEO and President at Ligchine, said, “The E-Z Grader was launched out of the need from our customers to be able to do fine grading with the same equipment that they're using on their laser-guided screeds when they're doing exterior paving and even interior slabs. It's got a dual-roller system for stability and also to roll out the fine grading dirt after you've made your pass. It's also got an integrated ripper into it. Then you can grade with this tool without having to have multiple pieces of equipment on the jobsite.”
Ligchine’s E-Z Grader attachment is designed to tackle a wide range of tasks, including preparing subgrades for warehouses, parking lots, and athletic fields. Scheduled for delivery this spring, the attachment weighs 2,450 pounds and has a width of 7 feet 9 inches in box mode, expanding to 8 feet 8 inches in wing mode. This versatility makes it ideal for a variety of paving and grading projects.
