Guangxi, China - LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. (LiuGong)., a construction equipment manufacturer has previewed its next-generation T Series wheel loaders, introducing larger cabs, improved serviceability, enhanced operator comfort and more standard features for the North American market.

The first two models in the new lineup will be the 842T and 856T wheel loaders. The 842T is a new 3-yard-capacity model for LiuGong, while the 856T is a 4.5-yard-capacity machine based on one of the company’s best-selling wheel loader platforms.

According to LiuGong, the T Series wheel loaders were developed with a focus on higher productivity, improved comfort and greater uptime. The machines are powered by Cummins Tier 4 Final engines paired with ZF five-speed transmissions featuring lock-up torque converters. The setup is designed to deliver faster cycle times, improved fuel efficiency and a top roading speed of 25 mph.

The loaders also include front and rear limited-slip differentials to improve traction and reduce tire wear. The redesigned cab offers 30% more legroom and 20% better visibility, supporting safer and more comfortable operation.

Standard features include a heated and ventilated air-suspension seat, adjustable steering wheel, customizable electrohydraulic controls, ride control, 360-degree camera system with object detection, heated powered mirrors, bucket, forks and ISO coupler.

LiuGong has also improved serviceability with an auto-lubrication system, programmable auto-reversing fan, ground-level daily service access and LED lighting around key components and service points.

The company’s iLink Telematics system is now standard on diesel-powered machines above 100 horsepower and all electric machines. The system monitors more than 250 machine data points, including location and diagnostic information, allowing dealers to support remote troubleshooting and repairs.

The new T Series wheel loaders are expected to reach LiuGong dealer lots in the third quarter.

Alongside the T Series, LiuGong also previewed two new electric wheel loaders for North America: the 820TE and 870HE. The 820TE offers 1.5-yard capacity, while the 870HE offers 7-yard capacity. The electric models feature the same improved cab design and are aimed at urban construction, indoor work and municipal applications.
